退換貨政策

感謝您選購潔湶香氛市集商品，為保障您的消費權益，請於訂購前詳閱以下退換貨說明。

一、七日鑑賞期

依據《消費者保護法》規定，於本網站購買商品之消費者享有商品到貨次日起七日（含例假日）鑑賞期之權益。

鑑賞期並非試用期，退回商品須保持全新狀態，包含商品本體、外盒、封膜、配件、贈品、發票（如有）及所有包裝完整，否則將可能影響您的退貨權益。

 

二、以下情況恕不接受退換貨

1. 超過七日鑑賞期。
2. 商品已拆封、使用、封膜破損或因人為因素造成商品損壞。
3. 商品包裝、配件、贈品或附件不完整。
4. 因個人因素（如氣味喜好、色澤、主觀感受等）要求退換貨。
5. 客製化商品、特殊訂製商品、依消費者需求製作之商品。
6. 因保存方式不當造成商品變質或損壞。

 

三、商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤

若收到商品有下列情形：

• 商品本身瑕疵
• 運送造成破損
• 寄錯商品
• 商品數量有誤

請於收到商品後七日內與客服聯繫，並提供訂單編號及商品照片，我們將儘速協助辦理換貨或退款，相關運費由本公司負擔。

 

四、退貨方式

請先與客服聯繫確認退貨事宜，經確認後依客服提供之方式寄回商品。

退回商品須包含：

• 商品本體
• 原包裝
• 配件
• 贈品
• 發票（如有）

待收到商品並確認符合退貨條件後，將依原付款方式辦理退款。

 

五、退款說明

退款將於確認退貨商品無誤後辦理，實際入帳時間依各銀行、信用卡或第三方支付作業時間為準。

 

六、注意事項

植物精油、純露及天然植物原料可能因不同產地、季節、批次等因素，在色澤、氣味、黏稠度等方面略有差異，屬天然產品正常現象，非商品瑕疵。

商品請避免高溫、陽光直射及潮濕環境，並依建議方式保存，以維持最佳品質。

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JQ Aroma Marketplace. To protect your rights and ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please read the following Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.

1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers purchasing products through our website are entitled to a seven-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the day after the product is received.

Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging, seals, accessories, gifts, and invoices (if applicable). Returns may be declined if the product is incomplete or has been used.

 

2. Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions

1. Requests made after the seven-day inspection period.
2. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or have broken seals due to customer handling.
3. Missing original packaging, accessories, gifts, or components.
4. Returns based on personal preferences such as fragrance, color, texture, or other subjective reasons.
5. Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
6. Products damaged or deteriorated due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

 

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive any of the following:

• Defective products
• Products damaged during shipping
• Incorrect items
• Incorrect quantity

Please contact our customer service within seven days of receipt and provide your order number along with photos of the product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.

 

4. Return Procedure

Please contact our customer service before returning any product.

Returned items should include:

• Original packaging
• Accessories
• Promotional gifts
• Invoice (if applicable)

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected. The actual processing time depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider.

 

6. Additional Information

Due to the natural characteristics of essential oils, hydrosols, and botanical ingredients, slight differences in color, aroma, or viscosity may occur depending on harvest season, origin, or production batch. These variations are normal and do not constitute product defects.

Please store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to maintain optimal quality.
